Delete it in the app

To delete your account from inside the app:

1. Open Suhba and go to your menu.
2. Choose Leave Suhba.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you only want a break, choose Deactivate my account instead. Your profile is hidden and everything is kept until you come back.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address on your account. We will confirm it is you and delete the account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile, photos, preferences and verification data.
• Your matches and conversations. The other person will no longer see them.
• Your guardian or walī details.

Deletion completes within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record for longer where the law requires it, for example evidence relating to a safety report or a payment. Payment records held by Stripe are kept for the period required by tax law.

Deleting your account does not cancel a web membership on its own. Cancel it from the link in your receipt email, or tell us in your deletion request and we will do it for you.
